卡前列甲酯配伍米索前列醇在产后出血中的临床应用

The clinical application of carboprost methylate nd misoprostol in postpartum hemorrhage

目的:分析卡前列甲酯栓与米索前列醇配伍治疗产后出血的效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2020年12月完成阴道分娩产妇150例,按照入院时间先后顺序分为两组。对照组单纯以米索前列醇药物治疗;观察组在米索前列醇基础上配伍卡前列甲酯栓治疗。比较临床疗效。结果:观察组经过配伍用药治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组宫缩持续时间、恶露持续时间及出血量均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用药后11例出现不良反应,总发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:产妇经阴道分娩后,以卡前列甲酯栓与米索前列醇联合治疗的效果更佳,能够有效促进宫缩,预防产后出血。

Objective:To analyze the effect of the combination of carboprost methylate suppository and misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2020,150 cases of parturients who completed vaginal delivery were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to the order of admission time.The control group was treated with misoprostol alone.The observation group was combined with carboprost methyl suppository on the basis of misoprostolWe compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group is higher than that of the control group after treatment with compatible medication(P<0.05).The duration of contractions,the duration of lochia,and the amount of bleeding in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after medication(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of carboprost methylate suppository and misoprostol after vaginal delivery is more effective,which can effectively promote contractions and prevent postpartum hemorrhage.
