中医推拿结合针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效分析

Analysis of the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type

目的:分析中医推拿结合针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法:2018年5月-2020年5月收治椎动脉型颈椎病患者68例,摸球试验法分为两组,各34例。对照组采用针灸疗法,试验组采用推拿结合针灸疗法,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干预后各项症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组椎动脉舒张期、收缩期及平均血流速度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:推拿结合针灸疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of traditional Chinese massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2020,68 patients with cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type were selected.They were divided into the two groups by the ball test method with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.The experimental group was treated with massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The each scores of symptoms in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diastolic,systolic and average blood flow velocity of the vertebral artery in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type.
