彩色多普勒超声在妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者静脉血栓诊断中的价值分析

Value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of venous thrombosis in patients with gynecological malignant tumor after operation

目的:探析彩色多普勒超声在妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者静脉血栓中的诊断价值。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年12月妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者106例,所有患者均实施颈部及下肢血管彩色多普勒超声检查,观察临床诊断价值。结果:106例患者中,出现急性颈内静脉血栓23例,其中附壁血栓22例,完全性血栓1例;出现急性下肢静脉血栓28例,其中累及1条静脉13例,累及2条静脉5例,累及3条及以上静脉10例。彩色多普勒超声诊断准确率高于临床基础诊断,误诊率及漏诊率均低于临床基础诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对妇科恶性肿瘤术后静脉血栓患者开展彩色多普勒超声检查,可提高疾病诊断准确率,有效判定病情,符合临床诊断需求。

Objective:To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of venous thrombosis in patients with gynecological malignant tumor after operation.Methods:From June 2019 to December 2020,106 patients with gynecological malignant tumor after surgery were selected.All patients underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination of blood vessels in the neck and lower limbs,and the clinical diagnostic value was observed.Results:Among 106 patients,23 cases of acute internal jugular vein thrombosis occurred,including 22 cases of mural thrombosis and 1 case of complete thrombosis.Acute venous thrombosis of lower extremities occurred in 28 cases,including one vein in 13 cases,two veins in 5 cases and three or more veins in 10 cases.The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound was higher than the clinical basic diagnosis,and the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate were lower than the clinical basic diagnosis,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound for patients with postoperative venous thrombosis of gynecological malignant tumor can ensure the accuracy of disease diagnosis,effectively determine the condition,and meet the needs of clinical diagnosis.
