B超引导下X线定位输液港在胃肠道肿瘤患者中的应用价值分析

Application of positioning of infusion port under X-ray guided by B-ultrasound in patients with gastrointestinal tumors

目的:分析B超引导下X线定位输液港在胃肠道肿瘤患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年7月接受化疗的胃肠道肿瘤患者126例,随机分为两组,各63例。观察组采取B超引导下X线定位输液港置管;对照组采取B超引导下经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管。比较两组应用效果。结果:观察组一次性置入成功率高于对照组,导管平均置管时间长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组导管相关并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:B超引导下X线定位输液港更适用于接受化疗的胃肠道肿瘤患者,具有操作简便、安全性高和留置时间长等优势,对于减少并发症发生具有积极作用。

Objective:To analyze the application value of positioning of infusion port under X-ray guided by B-ultrasound in patients with gastrointestinal tumors.Methods:From January 2018 to July 2019,126 patients with gastrointestinal tumors who received chemotherapy were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 63 cases in each group.The observation group was guided by B-ultrasound to locate the infusion port under X-ray guidance.The control group was guided by B-ultrasound to place the central venous catheter through peripheral venous puncture.We compared the application effects of the two groups.Results:The one-time implantation success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the average catheter placement time was longer than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of catheter-related complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The positioning of the infusion port under X-ray guided by B-ultrasound is more suitable for patients with gastrointestinal tumors receiving chemotherapy.It has the advantages of simple operation,high safety and long indwelling time,and has a positive effect on reducing complications.
