高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者围手术期隐性失血的护理干预分析

Nursing intervention of perioperative occult blood loss in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture

目的:探讨高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者围手术期护理干预对减少隐性失血的效果。方法:选择2019年1月-2021年1月接受手术治疗的高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者83例,随机数表法分为两组。对照组采用常规护理;观察组实施围手术期护理。比较两组患者隐性失血量及术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组隐性失血量及术后并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者采取围手术期护理干预,能够有效减少隐性失血量,预防术后并发症。

Objective:To explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on reducing occult blood loss in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:83 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture who underwent surgical treatment from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group received perioperative nursing.We compared the occult blood loss and the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the occult blood loss and the incidence of postoperative complications were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing intervention for elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture can effectively reduce hidden blood loss and prevent postoperative complications.
