多学科专业护理整合模式在合并高危因素行经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术患者围手术期护理的应用研究

Application of multidisciplinary professional nursing integrated model in the perioperative nursing of patients undergoing PCNL surgery with high-risk factors

目的:探讨多学科专业护理整合模式在合并高危因素行经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术(PCNL)患者围手术期护理的临床效果。方法:选取2018年8月-2020年9月行PCNL的肾结石患者80例,按照护理内容不同分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者以常规护理为主;观察组则以多学科专业护理整合模式为主。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组术前准备时间、下床活动时间、手术后首次排气时间、总住院时间以及住院费用均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在手术后肉眼血尿持续时间较对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多学科相结合专业护理整合模式应用于合并高危因素行PCNL患者的围手术期护理,效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical nursing effect of multidisciplinary professional nursing integration model in perioperative nursing of patients with high-risk factors undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser lithotripsy(PCNL).Methods:Patients with renal calculi who underwent PCNL in our hospital from August 2018 to September 2020 were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing contents,with 40 patients in each group,a total of 80 cases.The patients in the control group were mainly given routine nursing;The observation group was mainly based on the integration mode of multidisciplinary professional nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:in the comparison of preoperative preparation time,out of bed activity time,first exhaust time after operation,total hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses in the observation group,all the patients in the observation group spent less time and expenses than those in the control group(P<0.05);The duration of gross hematuria in the observation group was also shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:in the implementation of nursing,the combination of multi-disciplinary and professional nursing integration model is of great value in the perioperative nursing of PCNL patients with high-risk factors.
