手足口病患者的感染控制与护理管理探讨

Infection control and nursing management of patients with hand,foot and mouth disease

目的:探讨对手足口病患儿实施感染控制与护理管理的有效性。方法:2017年1月-2021年1月收治手足口病患儿60例,采用双盲分组法分为两组,各30例。参照组实施常规护理;研究组实施感染控制与护理管理。对比两组患儿护理总有效率,统计两组患儿及家属对护理的总满意度及发生院内感染情况,评估比较两组患儿护理管理后住院时间、护理管理质量评分、医务人员满意度评分。结果:研究组患儿护理总有效率、患儿家属对护理的总满意度均高于参照组,院内感染发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿住院时间明显短于对照组,护理管理质量评分、医务人员满意度评分高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对手足口病患儿实施感染控制与护理管理的有效性较为显著,能减少院内感染的发生,提高科室护理管理质量水平,促进患儿预后。

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of infection control and nursing management in children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2021,60 children with hand,foot and mouth disease were treated.They were divided into two groups by double-blind grouping method with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The study group implemented infection control and nursing management.Compare the total effective rate of nursing care of the two groups of children,count the total satisfaction of each group of children and their families with nursing and the probability of nosocomial infection,evaluate and compare the hospitalization time,nursing management quality score,and satisfaction of medical staff after the nursing management of the two groups of children Degree score difference.Results:The total effective rate of nursing care for children in the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the overall satisfaction of the children's family with nursing care was higher than that of the reference group.The incidence of nosocomial infections in the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The hospitalization time of the children in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.At the same time,the nursing management quality score and the satisfaction score of medical staff were higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with hand,foot and mouth disease,the effectiveness of infection control and nursing management is significant.It can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,improve the quality of nursing management and promote the prognosis of children.
