摘要
目的:探讨人性化服务在糖尿病护理中对患者血糖水平的改善效果。方法:2018年11月-2019年11月收治糖尿病患者70例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理;试验组在常规护理基础上实施人性化服务。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组护理后HbA1c、2 h PBG、FBG水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度评分高于对照组,低血糖发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者实施人性化服务的效果显著,有利于进一步控制空腹和餐后血糖水平,有效预防低血糖,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of humanized service on improving the blood glucose level of patients in diabetes care.Methods:From November 2018 to November 2019,70 patients with diabetes were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was given routine care.The experimental group was given humanized services.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The levels of HbA1c,2 h PBG and FBG after nursing in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of hypoglycemia was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of implementing humanized services for diabetic patients is definite,which is conducive to further control of fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels,effectively preventing hypoglycemia,and improving satisfaction.
