江门市城区中小学生视力不良影响因素及对策分析

To explore the influencing factors and countermeasures of poor eyesight of primary and middle school students in urban area of Jiangmen City

目的:分析2019年江门市城区中小学生视力不良的主要影响因素,为视力不良的干预措施提供科学依据。方法:采用分层随机整群抽样方法,选取城区12所学校3681人,开展视力检查和问卷调查,利用Logistic回归分析进行影响因素分析。结果:江门市城区中小学生视力不良率为62.73%;多因素分析结果显示,性别、不同学段、课间活动场所、读写姿势不端正是影响视力不良的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论:课间经常在教学楼内活动、读写姿势不端正是中小学生视力不良的重要危险因素。

Objective:To analyze the main influencing factors of poor vision of primary and middle school students in Jiangmen City in 2019,so as to provide scientific basis for the intervention measures of poor vision.Methods:Using the method of stratified random cluster sampling,3681 people from 12 schools in the urban area were selected to carry out visual examination and questionnaire survey,and the influencing factors were analyzed by logistic regression.Results:The poor eyesight rate of primary and middle school students in Jiangmen City was 62.73%.The results of multivariate analysis showed that gender,different segments,places of activities during recess and improper reading and writing posture were the main factors affecting poor vision(P<0.05).Conclusion:Frequent activities in the teaching building during recess and improper reading and writing posture are important risk factors for poor eyesight of primary and middle school students.
