摘要
目的:分析同伴支持教育对社区糖尿病老年人自我管理能力的影响。方法:选取2018年11月-2020年11月社区老年糖尿病患者200例,随机数表法分为两组,各100例。对照组给予常规社区护理;试验组给予同伴支持教育。比较两组干预效果。结果:试验组干预后自我管理能力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干预后各指标改善情况优于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年糖尿病患者社区护理期间运用同伴支持教育,可使患者的自我管理能力得到提升,相关糖尿病指标控制较好,老年患者对于护理满意度也有较大提升。
Objective:To analyze the effect of peer support education on self-management ability of elderly people with diabetes in the community.Methods:From November 2018 to November 2020,200 elderly community patients with diabetes were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method with 100 cases in each group.The control group received conventional community nursing.The experimental group gave peer support education.The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.Results:The self-management ability of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group after intervention.After intervention,medication compliance,blood glucose compliance rate and HbA1c compliance rate in the experimental group were higher than the control group,medication deviation rate and ADR incidence rate were lower than the control group.Nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Peer support education was used during community nursing for elderly patients with diabetes,patients'self-management ability was improved,and related diabetes indicators were well controlled.
