摘要
斜沟煤矿选煤厂末煤再洗系统因重介质悬浮液密度控制精度低,导致精煤灰分不稳定;分析了悬浮液密度控制精度低、容易波动的原因;通过采取将回流阀引入集控系统、开发智能密度控制系统等措施,有效提高了悬浮液密度控制精度,精煤灰分稳定率均值由44.5%提高至75.4%。
The heavy medium suspension density of the final coal rewashing system in Xiegou Coal Mine is unstable due to the low control precision.The reasons of low precision and easy fluctuation of suspension density control are analyzed.By introducing backflow valve into centralized control system and developing intelligent density control system,the control precision of suspension density is effectively improved,and the average stability rate of cleaned coal ash is increased from 44.5%to 75.4%.
