摘要
运河煤矿选煤厂采用φ1000/710无压给料三产品重介质旋流器作为主选设备,因入洗原煤煤质变化,可选性变差,出现了严重的“中损”问题;分析原煤煤质特性后,对φ1000/710无压三产品重介质旋流器的结构参数进行了优化改进;生产实践表明,技改后,显著提高了设备分选精度,解决了“中损”问题,提高了选煤厂的经济效益。
WTMC1000/710 is used as the main separation equipment in the coal preparation plant of YunHe Coal Mine.Due to the change of coal quality and the poor coal selectivity,there is a serious problem of“coal loss in middling”.The structural parameters of WTMC1000/710 are optimized and improved after analyzing the coal quality characteristics of raw coal.The production practice shows that the separation accuracy of the heavy medium hydro-cyclone has been improved significantly after technical transformation.The problem of“coal loss in middling”is solved and the comprehensive economic benefit is improved.
