摘要
阐述了早期建设的煤化工项目存在仪表联锁保护系统设计不满足现行法律法规和设计标准要求、联锁误动作偏多、管理存在漏洞等问题;有针对地提出仪表联锁保护系统设计完善、联锁优化、管理改进等方案;提高了仪表联锁保护系统可靠性和可用性,保障了煤化工企业的安全稳定运行。
This paper expounds that the old designs of instrument interlock protection system does not meet the current laws and regulations and design standards,has many interlock misactions and management loopholes,put forward improvement of Instrument interlocking protection system design,interlocking optimization,management improvement and other schemes,improve the reliability and availability of the instrument interlocking protection system,to ensure the safe and stable operation of coal chemical enterprises.
