摘要
由于部分汽油机活塞销孔设计为半浮结构,活塞销和连杆过盈配合,因此压装活塞销时必须采用活塞内档面进行定位,活塞内档面与销孔轴线的垂直度与对称度直接影响客户的装配质量。随着设计标准越来越严格,原有的活塞内档面加工工艺不能满足图纸要求。本文对活塞内档面的加工工艺进行探索和研究,通过改进过定位夹具及刀具,满足活塞内档面垂直度要求。
Some piston pin bores of gasoline engine are designed to semi-floating structure.Piston pin and connecting rod are fit with interference.The piston pin boss face is adopted for positioning when press-fitting the piston pin.Because the perpendicularity and symmetry between the piston pin boss face and pin bore axis have directly impact on the customers’assembly quality.With the increasingly strict design standards,the original piston pin boss face processing cannot meet the drawings requirements.This paper shows the exploration and research on piston pin boss face processing,through improving over-positioning fixtures and cutting tools to satisfy the perpendicularity requirement of piston pin boss face.
