艾灸丰隆穴对健康和胃脘痛志愿者胃肠电图影响的比较观察

Comparative observation of the effect of moxibustion at Fenglong(ST 40)on the electrogastroenterogram of healthy volunteers and the volunteers with epigastric pain

目的比较艾灸丰隆穴对健康志愿者和胃脘痛志愿者胃肠电图的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2021年5月通过福建省中医药科学院招募的健康志愿者和胃脘痛志愿者各25例,即健康组和胃脘痛组,比较两组志愿者艾灸前后胃肠电各导联平均幅值变化。结果艾灸前,胃脘痛组胃肠电各导联平均幅值均低于健康组,除降结肠导联,其余导联差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。艾灸后,胃脘痛组胃肠电各导联平均幅值与艾灸前相比上升明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康组艾灸前后胃肠电各导联平均幅值变化不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。胃脘痛组艾灸后胃肠电各导联平均幅值和健康组艾灸后相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论艾灸丰隆穴对健康志愿者胃肠电图的影响不明显,而对胃脘痛志愿者胃肠电图则具有显著的调节作用,艾灸丰隆穴可以改善胃脘痛志愿者胃肠功能。

Objective To compare the effect of moxibustion at Fenglong(ST 40)on the electrogastroenterogram(EGEG)of healthy volunteers and the volunteers with epigastric pain.Methods A total of 25 healthy volunteers and 25 volunteers with epigastric pain were recruited by Fujian Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from October 2020 to May 2021,for the healthy group and the group with epigastric pain.The changes of average amplitudes of gastrointestinal electrical leads before and after moxibustion of the two groups of volunteers were compared.Results Before moxibustion,the average amplitudes of gastrointestinal electrical leads of the group with epigastric pain were all lower than those of the healthy group,and all the lead differences except the difference in descending colon lead were statistically significant(P<0.05).After moxibustion,the average amplitudes of gastrointestinal electrical leads of the group with epigastric pain increased significantly compared with that before moxibustion,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after moxibustion,the average amplitudes of gastrointestinal electrical leads of the healthy group did not change significantly,and the differences were statistically insignificant(P>0.05).When the average amplitudes of gastrointestinal electrical leads of the group with epigastric pain after moxibustion were compared with those of the healthy group,the differences were statistically insignificant(P>0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion at Fenglong(ST 40)produces no obvious effect on the EGEG of healthy volunteers,but its effect on the EGEG of the volunteers with epigastric pain has obvious regulating function.Moxibustion at Fenglong(ST 40)can improve gastrointestinal function of the volunteers with epigastric pain.
