桂枝茯苓丸合小柴胡汤化裁治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症临床疗效观察

Observation on the clinical efficacy of modified Guizhi Fuling Pill combined with Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease

目的观察桂枝茯苓丸合小柴胡汤化裁治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2021年1月于常州市妇幼保健院就诊的盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者70例为研究对象,随机分为两组(治疗组和对照组)。治疗组采用桂枝茯苓丸合小柴胡汤化裁口服治疗,对照组采用头孢地尼分散片联合金刚藤颗粒口服治疗。观察患者临床症状改善情况、局部体征变化情况,评价综合疗效。结果治疗组明显改善患者的临床症状、体征,临床痊愈率为77.50%,好转率为17.50%,总有效率为95.00%,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸合小柴胡汤化裁治疗本病,临床疗效显著,为临床辨证治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症提供思路,值得进一步研究推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Guizhi Fuling Pill combined with Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 70 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease treated in Changzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2017 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Pill combined with Xiaochaihu Decoction,while the control group was treated with cefdini dispersible tablets combined with Jingangteng Granules.The improvement of clinical symptoms and changes of topical signs in patients were observed,and the comprehensive therapeutic efficacy was evaluated.Results The clinical symptoms and signs of patients in the treatment group were obviously improved and the clinical cure rate was 77.50%,the improvement rate was 17.50%,and the total effective rate was 95.00%,which are all superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Guizhi Fuling Pill combined with Xiaochaihu Decoction is effective in the treatment of this disease,which provides ideas for clinical syndrome treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease based on syndrome differentiation,and is worthy of further research,promotion and application.
