对分课堂与项目式教学模式在医学英语教学中的有效融合探索 被引量:1

摘要 目的探索对分课堂与项目式教学模式在医学英语教学中的有效融合。方法选取2019年7月至2020年7月牡丹江医学院外语教研部医学专业两个班级学生作为研究对象进行回顾性分析,按照教学模式不同分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),观察组给予对分课堂融合项目式教学模式,对照组给予常规教学模式。比较两组学生考核成绩、评判性思维能力评分,调查学生对教学模式的满意度。结果观察组学生英语听力、笔试部分成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组评判性思维能力各项评分、总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生对教师态度、主动讲解、课堂气氛、教学设计以及教学实施方面满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对分课堂与项目式教学模式在医学英语教学中的融合应用,在提高学生考核成绩、评判性思维能力评分作用显著,学生对教学模式满意度高,可广泛推广。 Objective To investigate the effective integration of bisection classroom and project-based teaching in medical English teaching.Methods The students in 2 class of medical majors in the Foreign Language Teaching and Research Department of Mudanjiang Medical University from July 2019 to July 2020 were retrospectively analyzed and selected.They were divided into the observation group(n=60)and the control group(n=60)according to the different teaching modes.The observation group was given a bisection classroom integration project-based teaching mode,and the control group was given conventional teaching mode.The evaluation results and critical thinking ability scores of the two groups of students were compared,and the students'satisfaction with the teaching mode was investigated.Results The scores of English listening and written tests in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of critical thinking ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The observation group's satisfaction with teachers'attitude,active explanation,classroom atmosphere,teaching design and teaching implementation was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated application of bisection classroom and project-based teaching mode in medical English teaching plays a significant role in improving students'assessment scores and critical thinking ability.Students are highly satisfied with the teaching mode,and it can be widely promoted.
