针刺少阳经特定穴治疗少阳偏头痛的临床研究

Clinical research on acupuncture at specific points of shaoyang Meridian in the treatment of migraine with shaoyang

目的探讨针刺少阳经特定穴治疗少阳偏头痛的临床效果。方法选择阳江市中医医院睡眠障碍专科及神经内科门诊2018年9月至2020年3月收治的120例少阳偏头痛患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=60)与治疗组(n=60),对照组采用非少阳经特定穴位针刺治疗,治疗组采用针刺少阳经特定穴位治疗,比较两组治疗前后头痛发作情况(头痛发作次数、头痛程度、头痛持续时间)及头痛发作伴发症状情况,评价两组疗效,比较不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组患者头痛发作次数、头痛程度、头痛持续时间、伴发症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组头痛发作次数少于对照组,头痛程度低于对照组,头痛持续时间短于对照组,伴发症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论针刺少阳经特定穴治疗少阳偏头痛疗效显著,可减少头痛发作次数,降低发作严重程度,缩短头痛持续时间,减少伴发症状,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at specific points of Shaoyang meridian in the treatment of migraine with Shaoyang.Methods A t otal of 120 pat ients of migraine with Shaoyang admitted to and treated in the Sleep Disorders Specialist and Neurology Outpatient of Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to March 2020 were selected,and they were divided into the control group(n=60)and the treatment group(n=60)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with acupuncture at specific points of non-Shaoyang meridian,while the treatment group was treated with acupuncture at specific points of Shaoyang meridian.Before and after treatment,the headache attack conditions(headache attack frequency,headache severity and headache duration)and the accompanying symptoms associated with headache attack were compared between the two groups.The therapeutic efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and the incidences of adverse reactions were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in headache attack frequency,headache severity,headache duration and accompanying symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the headache attack frequency in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,the headache severity was lower than that in the control group,the headache duration was shorter than that in the control group,and the accompanying symptom score was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Acupuncture at specific points of Shaoyang meridian is effective in the treatment of migraine with Shaoyang,which can reduce the headache attack frequency,alleviate the headache severity,shorten the headache duration,and relieve the accompanying symptoms with h igh safety.
