失眠“三神”辨证理论、治疗技术与应用

Introduction to Theory,Treatment Technique and Application of the“Three Spirits”Syndrome Differentiation of Insomnia

失眠“三神”辨证理论、技术与应用历时30余年的发展,目前已形成中医在失眠心理治疗方面集理论、辨证、评估、治则治法、疗效验证和设备研发于一体的治疗体系。现总结凝练失眠“三神”辨证理论、临床实践、治疗原则、治疗技术、科研验证和设备研发等方面研究成果。介绍了失眠“三神”辨证理论,“三神”元神、识神、欲神的内容,以及其在睡眠中的功能、病理阐述、基本病机。“三神”辨证方法为人格倾向辨证、失眠症状辨证和失眠情绪辨证;编制了“三神”辨证理论指导下的评估工具-失眠首诊结构化病历(WIIQ)和汪氏人格倾向量表(Wang′s Personality Trend Inventory,WPTI);“三神”辨证治疗失眠的原则为守神、调神和御神;治疗方法为TIP睡眠调控技术,TIP睡眠调控技术主要包括低阻抗营造技术、睡眠认知导入技术、睡眠环境适应技术、睡眠外归因剥离技术、睡眠信心增强技术、睡眠体验技术、减停药物技术7个主要内容;主要操作流程包括:病史采集、相关检查、诊断、治疗。团队编制了基于失眠“三神”辨证治疗技术的信息模块;研发了多功能睡眠治疗仪;开发了失眠治疗APP,旨在更好地学习和推广失眠“三神”辨证理论,以及提供更方便、自主、智能的治疗方式。

“Three spirits”syndrome differentiation of insomnia has been developed for more than 30 years.At present,it has formed a treatment system that integrates theory,syndrome differentiation,evaluation,treatment principles and methods,efficacy verification and equipment research and development in TCM psychotherapy of insomnia.This paper introduced the syndrome differentiation theory of“three spirits”in insomnia,definition and functions of“primordial spirit”,“thinking spirit”and“desire spirit”in insomnia,as well as pathology and pathogenesis.“Three spirits”syndrome differentiation method is personality tendency,with focus on insomnia symptom and emotion.It compiled the evaluation tools of Wang Insomnia Integrated Questionnaire(WIIQ)and Wang′s Personality Trend Inventory(WPTI)under the guidance of its theory.Diagnosis and treatment based on overall analysis of symptoms and signs of insomnia by“three spirits”are concentrating spirit,regulating spirit and abusing spirit.And the main treatment method is TIP sleep regulation technology including seven factors:low impedance construction technology;sleep cognition introduction technology,sleep environment adaptation technology,sleep attribution stripping technology,sleep confidence enhancement technology,sleep experience technology,and stop medication technology.Its clinical operation process mainly includes:medical history collection,related examination,diagnosis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation.In order to better study,apply,popularize and facilitate the treatment of self-intelligence,the team has also compiled an information module based on syndrome differentiation treatment technology of insomnia“three spirits”,with a multifunctional treatment equipment and an insomnia treatment APP developed.
