磷酸奥司他韦治疗重症原发免疫性血小板减少症一例被引量：1

摘要原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)是临床上常见的引起儿童血小板减少的原因,重症ITP患儿病情较重、进展快,如不能得到及时有效的治疗,则可能危及其生命。本文报道1例重症ITP患儿的病例资料,最初一般治疗效果尚可,后再次使用糖皮质激素、丙种球蛋白等治疗反应欠佳,最终通过加用磷酸奥司他韦治疗后获得完全反应。本文通过回顾性分析国内外有关磷酸奥司他韦治疗ITP的文献资料,讨论其治疗ITP的可能机制,供广大同仁参考,以提高对该类疾病的认知。
