文章综述了目前汽车零部件气味管控现状,管控手段主要包括专业气味人员主观气味性评价、TVOC检测以及GCO-MS技术等。针对以上手段在现场应用的局限,文章介绍了一种利用便携式质谱仪检测气味的快速质谱技术,并展示了该技术在汽车气味检测领域上的实际应用案例。通过分析,文章得出结论:快速质谱技术操作简便,测试结果线性一致性较好,对测试环境要求较低且测试时间较短,可实现在上线前对零件气味状态的实时监控。

This paper summarizes the current situation of odor control of automobile parts.The control methods mainly include subjective odor evaluation of professional odor personnel,TVOC detection and GCO-MS.In view of the limitations of the above methods in the field application,this paper introduces a rapid mass spectrometry technology using portable mass spectrometer to detect odor,and shows the practical application of this technology in the field of automobile odor detection.Through the analysis,the paper draws a conclusion:this method is simple to operate,the test results show good linear consistency,has low requirements for the test environment and short test time,and can realize the real-time monitoring of the odor status of parts before going online.
