摘要
中国汽车技术研究中心有限公司推出CCRT,从用户评价、试验客观评价和工程师评价的角度入手,全面地评价车辆性能。而在研究中发现一些智能化功能客观试验评价与用户评价的结论不一致。文章通过比较相同指标下的用户调研结果和性能试验结果的差异,发现这种不一致主要是由于试验的工况不能覆盖用户实际使用的场景,试验难以真实反馈用户的使用感受导致的。研究为车企在智能化配置的开发中实现工程语言与消费者语言转化提供了借鉴。
China Automotive Technology&Research Center Co.,Ltd.launched the CCRT to comprehensively evaluate vehicle performance from the perspectives of consumer evaluation,test objective evaluation,and engineer evaluation.In the research,it is found that the objective test evaluation of some intelligent functions is inconsistent with the conclusions of the consumer evaluation.By comparing the results of user surveys and performance tests under the same index,this inconsistency is mainly due to the fact that the operating conditions of the test cannot cover the actual scenes used by the consumer.The test is difficult to truly feedback the consumer's experience of use.The research provides a reference for vehicle enterprises to realize the transformation of engineering language and consumer language in the development of intelligent configuration.
