快速康复外科护理对疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝患者术后恢复的影响

The effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on the postoperative recovery of adult inguinal hernia patients treated with hernia repair

目的探析采取快速康复外科护理对疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝患者术后康复的效果。方法抽取2018年1月至2020年12月于安徽中医药大学第二附属医院接受疝修补术治疗的成人腹股沟疝患者60例作为研究对象。按照随机数字法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予常规护理联合快速康复外科护理干预。对比2组患者术后的康复情况、疼痛评分(NRS)、自我效能感量表(GSES)评分、舒适度评分(IPQ)及并发症发生率等指标。结果观察组疼痛持续时间、排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、恢复正常饮食时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的NRS评分、IPQ评分、并发症概率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的GSES评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论成人腹股沟疝患者采取疝修补术进行治疗获得较为理想的效果,配合快速康复外科护理措施进行干预能加快患者术后康复速度,降低疼痛程度,提高患者的自我效能以及舒适度,降低并发症发生率,对改善患者的治疗预后有着积极的作用。

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical care for adult patients with inguinal hernia treated by hernia repair in accelerating the speed of postoperative recovery.Methods A total of 60 adult inguinal hernia patients who came to our hospital for hernia repair treatment from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjiects.The control group(n=30,routine nursing intervention),the observation group(n=30,conventional nursing combined with rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention),and the postoperative rehabilitation,pain score(NRS),self-efficacy scale(GSES)score,and comfort score(IPQ)between the two groups,as well as complication rate and other indicators,were compared using the random number grouping principle.Results The observation group's pain duration,exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,and normal eating time were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).NRS score,IPQ score and complication probability in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The GSES score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of adult inguinal hernia patients with hernia repair can achieve relatively ideal results.Intervention with rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing measures can speed up the patient's postoperative recovery speed,reduce the degree of pain,improve the patient's self-efficacy and comfort,and reduce complications incidence rate,which has a positive effect on improving the prognosis of patients.
