Planning and Collective Action of First-Class Undergraduate Education in Universities with Advantages in Engineering:Text Analysis Based on First-Class Undergraduate Education Planning

一流本科教育作为政策话语成为当前高等教育改革的焦点,被纳入国内高校,尤其是“双一流”建设高校的建设框架中。工科优势高校一流本科教育建设代表了我国工程教育改革的未来方向。在对工科优势高校一流本科教育规划文本分析的基础上,认为工科优势高校在理念、制度、资源、队伍、文化方面进行了制度预设,并通过明确战略创新思维、强化认知建构、完善组织保障实现集体行动,为国内高水平本科教育建设提供借鉴。

First-class undergraduate education,as a policy discourse,has become the focus of current higher education reform,and has been incorporated into the construction framework of domestic universities,especially the"double first-class"construction of universities.The construction of first-class undergraduate education in universities with advantages in engineering represents the future direction of engineering education reform in China.On the basis of text analysis of first-class undergraduate education plan of universities with advantages in engineering,it is considered that the universities with advantages in engineering have made presupposition in aspects of idea,system,resources,team,and culture,and made the collective action by clarifying strategic innovative thinking,strengthening cognitive construction and perfecting organizational guarantee to provide references for the construction of high level undergraduate education in our country.
