高职院校教师信息化教学能力提升的对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures on Improving Teachers'Information-Based Teaching Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges

信息化教学是以现代教学理念为指导,以信息技术为支持,应用现代教学方法的教学活动。教师作为教学的主体,要顺应信息化的趋势,提升自我的教学能力。高职院校信息化教学具有个性化教学、自主式学习、开放式环境等特征。高职院校教师可从落实“三教”改革任务、完善教学设计、实施特色化教学等方面提升信息化教学能力。

Information-based teaching is a teaching activity guided by modern teaching concept,supported by information technology and the application of modern teaching methods.As the main body of teaching,teachers should comply with the trend of information technology and improve their teaching ability.Information-based teaching in higher vocational colleges has the characteristics of personalized teaching,autonomous learning,open environment and so on.Teachers in higher vocational colleges can improve their information-based teaching ability by carrying out the task of"three education"reform,perfecting teaching design and implementing characteristic teaching.
