现代学徒制视域下工业互联网人才培养模式研究

工业互联网产业面临转型升级的重大机遇,需求大量高技能复合型人才。现代学徒制是一种成功的产教融合人才培养模式,适合于培养工业互联网产业所需的专门人才。通过概述我国现代学徒制发展现状,分析了我国工业互联网人才培养中存在的专业设置、动力机制和知识体系矛盾等问题,提出了完善我国现代学徒制人才培养模式的对策和建议。

The industrial internet industry is facing a significant opportunity for transformation and upgrading,and it demands a large number of high-skilled compound talents.Modern apprenticeship is a successful talent training mode of integrating industry and education,and is suitable for training professional talents of industrial internet industry.By summarizing the development status of modern apprenticeships in China,the paper analyzes the problems existing in industrial internet talent training such as major setting,dynamic mechanism and knowledge system contradiction,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the training mode of modern apprenticeship.
