非遗文化引领下高职“新工匠”培养模式的创新与实践

Innovation and Practice of"New Craftsman"Training Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Guidance of Intangible Cultural Heritage

在新时代精神感召下,以非遗文化为代表的中华优秀传统文化进入高职院校,在创新人才培养模式和学校文化建设方面,具有广泛的现实意义。以金坛刻纸创新传承教育为例,探索在高职教学中融入职业体验、在创作过程中结合美育教育的“新工匠”培养模式。

Inspired by the spirit of the new era,Chinese outstanding traditional culture represented by intangible cultural heritage has entered into higher vocational colleges,which is of extensive practical significance in innovating talent training mode and school culture construction.Taking Jintan paper cutting as an example,the paper explores the training mode of"new craftsmen"by integrating professional experience into teaching in higher vocational colleges and combining aesthetic education in the creative process.
