盐阜抗日根据地参军工作从困难重重到拥军参军、春季参军、反攻参军的次第开展,经历了在实践中不断调整和完善的过程。伴随着拥军工作、优抗工作、组织工作、宣传工作等逐步深入,根据地群众最终实现了从物质改善到思想改造、从迟疑观望到踊跃参军的成功转型。群众路线是中共的生命线和根本工作路线。
