再生育产妇的避孕计划现状及影响因素分析

The status and influencing factors of contraceptive plans for reproductive women

目的了解再生育产妇的避孕计划现状及影响因素。方法采用自行设计的问卷对2020年9月至2020年12月唐山市妇幼保健院住院分娩的再生育产妇进行问卷调查。结果36.7%产妇计划产后3个月内恢复性生活,甚至19.6%计划1个月内恢复性生活;67.1%计划选择避孕套避孕;组间比较显示:在有无医疗保险/公费医疗、医疗保险种类、现有子女数、孕次、手术流产次数、非计划妊娠次数、上一胎产后首次避孕方法这7个因素上再生育产妇本次产后避孕方式的选择差异有统计学意义;多因素分析显示:无医保、非计划妊娠次数≥2次、上一次产后首次避孕方法为长效避孕方法的在本次产后更倾向于选择长效避孕方法。结论再生育产妇的产后避孕意识薄弱,需加强产后避孕的指导和宣传。

Objective To investigate the contraceptive plan and influencing factors of reproductive women.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a survey on reproductive women who gave birth in Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2020 to December 2020.Results 36.7%of parturients planned to resume their sexual life within 3 months after delivery,and even 16.9%planned within 1 month;67.1%planned to use condom;Comparison between groups showed:There were 7 factors including whether there is medical insurance/public medical care,types of medical insurance,number of existing children,number of pregnancies,number of surgical abortions,number of unplanned pregnancies,and first contraceptive method after the last child were statistically different in the choice of contraceptive methods for pregnant women who reborn in this postpartum;Multivariate analysis showed that those who had no medical insurance,had more than twice unplanned pregnancies,and had long-acting contraceptive methods in last postpartum period were more inclined to choose long-acting contraceptive methods this time.Conclusion Reproductive women have weak awareness of postpartum contraception,so it is necessary to strengthen the guidance and publicity of postpartum contraception.
