妇女干部的培养选拔是党和国家干部队伍建设的主要内容,是妇女事业发展的重要路径。整体来看,我国已经形成了尊重和支持妇女参政议政的良好舆论生态,为做好妇女干部的培养选拔工作创造了良好的舆论环境。妇女参与决策和管理的政策日益完善,妇女参政议政的途径逐渐多元化;妇女干部培养教育体系日益完善,妇女干部群体的素质能力不断提升;妇女干部选拔任用被纳入干部队伍建设总体规划,妇女干部的人数逐年增加,选拔渠道持续拓宽,后备力量建设不断加强。
