碳中和背景下西部新能源传输的电氢综合能源网构想 被引量:39

Conception of Electricity and Hydrogen Integrated Energy Network for Renewable Energy Transmission in Western China Under Background of Carbon Neutralization

摘要 在碳中和背景下,未来40年中国电力系统将发生更深度的低碳转型,如何构筑足以支撑高电气化社会庞大用能需求的低碳化运行模式给传统电力系统带来了巨大挑战。文中在探讨发电低碳化给电网带来的挑战和未来可能的技术应对方案的基础上,针对未来中国西部高比例新能源电源的大范围汇集、远距离送出和间歇性电能消纳问题,给出了与之相适应的电氢综合能源网的构建原则,提出了近期和远期西部电氢综合能源网初步方案及相应的关键技术需求。研究表明:基于电压源换流器的直流电网技术以及氢能与电力系统结合的电氢综合能源网有望成为中国碳中和目标下实现西部大规模新能源开发的可行技术解决方案之一。 Under the background of carbon neutralization,the power system of China will undergo a deeper low-carbon transition in the next 40 years.How to build a low-carbon operation mode that can support the huge energy demand of a highly electrified society brings great challenges to the traditional power system.The challenges brought by the decarbonization of power generation to the power grid and the possible technical solutions in the future are discussed.On this basis,in view of the problems of largescale collection,long-distance transmission and intermittent energy consumption of high proportion of renewable energy sources in western China in the future,the construction principle of the electricity and hydrogen integrated energy network is given,and the preliminary scheme and corresponding key technology requirements of the electricity and hydrogen integrated energy network in the short-and long-term are put forward.The research shows that the DC grid technology based on the voltage source converter and the electricity and hydrogen integrated energy network combined with hydrogen energy and power systems are expected to become one of the feasible technical solutions to achieve the large-scale renewable energy development in western China under the goal of carbon neutralization.
