花球状MgO对尾矿废水中乙基黄药的降解性能研究

摘要 采用共沉淀法制备了花球状MgO,通过改变反应温度、搅拌时间、焙烧温度等对氧化镁前驱体进行形貌调控,制备出了粒径均一,光催化活性高的MgO光催化剂。采用SEM、XRD、FTIR和UV-vis等手段进行分析表征,并以乙基黄药为目标降解物,考察其光催化性能。结果表明,共沉淀反应温度为60℃,搅拌时间为3 min,焙烧温度为550℃时所制备的MgO降解乙基黄药(30 mg/L)效率最高,约15 min降解率可达100%。重复利用5次后同条件下降解率可达90%以上。用捕获法探究其光催化机理,初步推测花球状MgO降解乙基黄药过程中·OH起主要作用。 Flower spherical MgO was prepared by coprecipitation method.The morphology of magnesium oxide precursor was controlled by changing reaction temperature,stirring time and roasting temperature,and uniform particle size and high photocatalytic activity of MgO photocatalyst were prepared.SEM,XRD,FTIR and UV-VIS were used for analysis and characterization.The photocatalytic properties of ethyl xanthate were investigated.The results showed that the degradation efficiency of ethyl xanthate(30 mg/L)prepared by MgO was the highest when the co-precipitation reaction was 60℃,stirring time was 3min,and roasting temperature was 550℃,and the degradation rate reached 100%in about 15 minutes.After repeated use for 5 times,the solution rate decreased to more than 90%.The photocatalytic mechanism was investigated by capture method,and·OH played a major role in the degradation of ethyl xanthate by flower spherical MgO.
