摘要
通过对文献中调查的隧道管片开裂病害和影响因素进行统计分析,利用动态故障树理论建立动态故障树评价模型,根据统计结果划分基本风险事件的风险等级,得出其发生的概率,进而算出其重要度;通过归一化处理,得出各基本风险事件的关联度,进而确定影响管片开裂的最不利因素。故障树分析结果表明:造成管片开裂影响因素权重排名前三的依次是管片间环缝压缩量不一致、管片拼装选择点位不当、盾尾密封失效。应针对影响管片开裂的风险因素,制定相应的盾构隧道管片的维修和防护措施。
Through statistical analysis of the cracking diseases and influencing factors of tunnel segments investigated in the literature,a dynamic fault tree evaluation model was established based on dynamic fault tree theory,and the risk level of basic risk event was divided according to the statistical results,and the probability of occurrence was calculated,and then the importance was calculated. Through normalization,the correlation of each basic risk event was obtained,and the most unfavorable factors affecting segment cracking can be determined. The results of fault tree analysis show that the top three weights of factors causing segment cracking are inconsistent circumferential joint compression of segments,improper segment assembly selection point and shield tail seal failure. Corresponding maintenance and protection measures for shield tunnel segments shall be formulated according to the risk factors affecting segment cracking.
