摘要
从铁路主要技术标准、运输组织及运输设备布局、重点专业设计三个方面,介绍了澳大利亚皮尔巴拉矿区重载铁路总体设计情况。从正线平面和纵断面两方面对线路进行设计;从轨道结构、各部件材质、施工工艺等方面对轨道进行设计;从路基结构、边坡参数、各地形分区应考虑的因素等方面对路基进行设计;从水文地质条件、桥型、跨度、造价等方面对桥梁进行设计;从材质、排水能力、耐久性能等方面对涵洞进行设计;从平纵断面、车站布局及设施的配置等方面对站场进行设计。重载铁路总体设计应根据运输需求和地形地质条件,合理选择铁路主要技术标准,统筹考虑移动设备和固定设备,优化运输组织,实现运输系统的整体优化。
The overall design for heavy-haul railway of Pilbara mining area in Australia was introduced from three aspects:main railway technical standards,transportation organization and transportation equipment layout,as well as design of key disciplines. The route was designed from both the frontal plane and the longitudinal sections. The tracks were designed from the aspects of track structure,component material,construction technology,etc. The subgrade was designed in terms of subgrade structure,slope parameters,and factors that should be considered in geographical divisions,etc. The bridges were designed according to the aspects of hydrogeological conditions,bridge type,span,cost,etc. The culverts were designed in terms of material,drainage capacity,durability,etc. The stations were designed from the aspects of frontal plane and the longitudinal sections,station layout,facility configuration,etc. The overall design of heavy-haul railways should realize the integral optimization of the transportation system by rationally selecting the main railway technical standards,fully considering of mobile and fixed equipment,and optimizing the transportation organization,based on the transportation requirements and topographical geological conditions.
