摘要 当今时代,由于科学技术的快速发展,自动化生产技术在工业生产中得到越来越广泛的应用。在机械制造、电子等行业已经设计和制造出大量类型各异的自动化生产线。这些自动化生产线的使用,在提高劳动效率和产品的质量、改善工人劳动条件、降低能源消耗、节约材料等方面均取得了显著的成效。可编程逻辑控制器的功能强大、使用容易、可靠性高,常常被用来作为各类自动化生产线的控制器。结合组态软件技术作为用户可定制功能的软件平台工具,可开发出友好的人机界面,通过PLC可以对自动化设备进行"智能化"控制。将利用组态软件实现变频器的参数设置,在现场进行电机的启动、停止及增减速等的操作控制。为使大家掌握变频器、编码器、减速电机、触摸屏与PLC的实际应用,为此设计一款方便移动操作方便、美观大方的工控示教机。 Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology, automatic production technology is more and more widely used in industrial production. In mechanical manufacturing, electronics and other industries have been designed and manufactured a large number of different types of automated production lines. The use of these automated production lines, in improving labor efficiency and product quality, improve the working conditions of workers, reduce energy consumption, saving materials and other aspects have achieved remarkable results.The programmable logic controller is powerful, easy to use, high reliability, and is often used as the controller of all kinds of automatic production line. Combined with the configuration software technology as the user can customize the function of the software platform tool, can develop a friendly man-machine interface, through the PLC can be automated equipment "intelligent" control. The configuration software is used to realize the parameter setting of the frequency converter, and the operation control of starting, stopping and increasing or decreasing speed of the motor in the field is carried out.In order to make everybody master frequency converter, encoder, reducer motor, touch screen and PLC practical application, to design a convenient mobile convenient, beautiful and easy to control the computer.
