摘要
带式输送机是煤矿开采中必不可少的运输设备,长时间的卸载冲击、机械摩擦将导致皮带承载胶面受损,磨损严重时通常采取直接更换的措施,但非承载面表面较光滑、磨损较小,影响生产成本和生产组织。本文针对常用的机械连接扣式皮带提出了一种翻面方法,设计了翻转装置,操作简易,适用性强,提高了皮带使用寿命,降低了劳动强度,为正反胶层同型带式输送机使用提供了借鉴。
The belt conveyor plays an important role in the coal miing process. The rubber surface wears as a result of the long-time unloading and frequent friction. Usually when it is worn out, we simply replace it with a new one. But the replacement of non-loading part of smooth surface and little wearing often causes much cost and affects the normal production. This thesis tries to propose a new rolling-over technology to lengthen the service life of the belt and save unnecessary labor cost. The refined rolling-over equipment is easy to master and highly applicable. Hopfefully this article could shed light on the more efficient use of the same type belt conveyor of double-size rubber surfaces.
