摘要
针对目前市场上家庭取暖炉出现一次加料燃烧时间短,热利用率低的问题。通过对现有家庭取暖炉进行分析研究,采用理论计算的方法 ,对炉膛内部结构进行了优化,对炉膛容积与进料速度进行了计算。设计出一款新型智能化一次填料燃烧时间更长的生物质燃料家庭取暖炉。
In view of the current problem of household heating stoves in the market, the feeding time is short and the heat utilization rate is low. Through the analysis and research of the existing household heating furnace, the internal structure of the furnace was optimized by theoretical calculation method, and the furnace volume and feed rate were calculated. Design a new type of intelligent biomass primary heating furnace with a longer burning time.
