跨海大桥危险化学品运输安全风险辨识与评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高跨海大桥危险化学品运输的安全性,基于跨海大桥路段的特殊性以及跨海大桥重大工程保护的重要性,从跨海大桥自然条件、运输条件等相关特点,辨识分析跨海大桥危险化学品运输风险的影响因素,并采用层次分析法研究影响因素的重要性排序,采用模糊综合评价法构建并验证跨海大桥危险化学品运输风险评估模型。结果表明:跨海大桥危险化学品运输事故影响较大的前5个因素分别为运输的危险化学品类别、安全控制设备完好性、运输危险化学品的量、驾驶人员培训和恶劣天气气象情况,并以此提出相关控制措施;建立的安全风险评估模型可以对跨海大桥危险化学品运输风险给出综合的风险评估量值。 In order to improve the safety of the hazardous chemical transportation on the cross-sea bridge,based on the particularity of the cross-sea bridge section and the importance of the protection of the cross-sea bridge,risk influencing factors of the hazardous chemical transportation on the cross-sea bridge were identified and analyzed from the relevant characteristics of natural conditions,transportation conditions and so on.The importance ranking of influencing factors were studied using analytic hierarchy process.The evaluation model for the hazardous chemical transportation on the cross-sea bridge was constructed and verified by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that the top five factors that have a great impact on the transportation accidents of hazardous chemicals on the cross-sea bridge are the category of the hazardous chemical,the integrity of the safety control equipment,the amount of the hazardous chemical,the driver training and the bad weather condition,on which the relevant control measures are put forward;and that the established risk evaluation model can give a comprehensive risk evaluation value for the dangerous chemical transportation on the across-sea bridge.
