城市燃气六维度事故原因调查分析法研究及应用

Research and Application on Investigation Method for Six-dimension Urban Gas Accident Cause Investigation

为科学调查城市燃气事故发生原因,本文采用六维度事故原因调查分析法,从管理维度、环境维度、教育维度、意识维度、组织维度和设备维度6个不同维度对燃气事故的直接原因和间接原因进行调查,并对城市燃气事故调查提出建议。研究表明:六维度事故原因调查分析法可全面、系统、科学地调查城市燃气事故原因,可提升调查效果,为城市燃气事故调查工作规范化提供支持。

In order to scientific investigate the accident cause of the urban gas,in this paper,the six-dimension accident cause investigation analysis method was used to investigate the direct and indirect causes form the six dimensions of management,environment,education,consciousness,organization and equipment.Suggestions on the urban gas accident investigation were proposed.The results show that the six-dimension accident cause investigation method can comprehensively,systematically and scientifically investigate the accident cause of urban gas,increase the investigation effectiveness,and provide a support for normalizing the work of the urban gas accident investigation.
