肠痈源流考析

Investigation on the Origin and Development of Intestinal Abscess

肠痈指发生于肠腑的痈,起病危急,为外科常见急腹症。本文通过查阅肠痈历代相关古籍文献,理其历史发展脉络及规律。从病名、病因病机、治法3个方面,对历代医家之论述进行整理归纳。考析历代医家对肠痈的不同学术观点,梳理病名沿革,探析医家对本病病因病机的认识,总结讨论肠痈之治疗方法,以期对本病之理论丰富与临床实践有所裨益与启示。

Intestinal abscess refers to the carbuncle occurs in the intestine.The disease is critical,and is a common acute abdominal disease for surgery.In this paper,by referring to the ancient books and literature related to intestinal abscess,the historical development of the context and regular pattern were combed.From the three aspects of disease name,etiology and pathogenesis,and treatment,the expositions of the acknowledgement in the past dynasties were summed up.Different academic views in intestinal carbuncle of generations of physicians were analyzed,and the evolution,understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease were also summed up to discuss the treatment of intestinal carbuncle,in order to help enrich the theory and clinical practice of the disease.
