圣愈汤出自《兰室秘藏》,是国家首批公布的古代经典名方之一。对经典名方进行重要信息、古今应用情况的考证总结,有利于更全面地挖掘其发展现状与发展方向,为后续的深入研究奠定基础。目前关于圣愈汤的研究主要集中于临床研究和实验研究方面,其文献研究极少。并且在圣愈汤的文献收集过程中发现,圣愈汤的古代应用与现代应用差距较大,古籍记载中圣愈汤主要运用于外科疮疡、妇人经病及产科病等,治疗外科疮疡尤多。然而圣愈汤现代更多用于妇科疾病、循环系统疾病、骨伤科疾病的治疗。可见,圣愈汤应用广泛,对临床实践具有很大的参考价值。因此,本文将对其进行古今文献研究,以期为圣愈汤的临床应用和后续的深入研究提供更多有意义的参考。

Shengyu Decoction comes from The Secret Book of Orchid Chamber,which is one of the first batch of ancient classic prescriptions announced by China.A textual summary of important information,ancient and modern application of classic prescriptions is conducive to more comprehensively mining their development status and development direction,and to laying the foundation for follow-up in-depth research.At present,the research on Shengyu Decoction mainly focuses on clinical research and experimental research,and there is very little literature research.In the process of collecting the documents of Shengyu Decoction,it was found that the ancient application of it was far from the modern application.In ancient records,Shengyu Decoction was mainly used for surgical sores,women′s menstrual diseases and obstetric diseases,and surgical sores,especially ulcers.However,Shengyu Decoction is more used in the treatment of gynecological diseases,circulatory system diseases,and orthopedic diseases in modern days.It can be seen that Shengyu Decoction is widely used and has great reference value for clinical practice.Therefore,this article will conduct a research on ancient and modern literature,hoping to provide more meaningful references for the clinical application of Shengyu Decoction and the follow-up in-depth research.
