摘要
强化“双师型”教师队伍建设是职业教育教师改革的基本特征,校企合作能力是职业教育教师的一项核心能力。职业教育教师校企合作能力体现为4个方面:选择企业的能力、开发企业的能力、服务企业的能力与融入教学的能力。为培养职业教育教师校企合作能力需要构建综合的评价机制以形成积极的引导。
Strengthening the construction of double-qualified teachers is the basic feature of the reform of vocational education teachers.School-enterprise cooperation ability is a core ability of vocational education teachers.The school-enterprise cooperation ability of vocational education teachers is embodied in four aspects:the ability to choose enterprises,the ability to develop enterpris⁃es,the ability to serve enterprises and the ability to integrate into teaching.University-enterprise cooperation ability to cultivate voca⁃tional education teachers need to build a comprehensive evaluation in order to form a positive guide.
