奥林匹克森林公园内乙型脑炎媒介蚊虫的监测与分析 被引量:1

摘要 北京奥林匹克森林公园(简称奥森公园)作为北京重要的公共场所,有着重要的公共卫生意义,在奥森公园开展乙型脑炎传播媒介——三带喙库蚊研究对北京市的乙脑监测和控制至关重要。本研究于7—9月在奥森公园设定的监测点采用CO_(2)诱蚊灯监测三带喙库蚊,再用3S技术提取并建立蚊虫与环境因素数据库,最后运用相关与回归分析方法研究三带喙库蚊分布与环境因素之间的关联。结果显示,奥森公园内三带喙库蚊的密度高峰值出现在9月份的湿地环境中;其密度与400 m缓冲距离内带水生植物的水体面积(GW_400)和100 m缓冲距离内低矮树林面积(LT_100)有关。本研究发现三带喙库蚊在奥森公园可以孳生,且其空间分布与周边环境因素密切相关,研究可为保护人群免受蚊虫叮咬、降低乙脑感染机率提供参考依据。 As a key public place in Beijing,the Beijing Olympic Forest Park(BOFP)is of great significance for Beijing′public health.Thus,it is crucial importance to carry out the researches in BOFP on the vector mosquito of Japanese encephalitis(JE),Culex tritaeniorhynchus,for JE surveillance and control in Beijing.From July to September,the density of Cx.tritaeniorhynchus was monitored in BOFP with CO_(2) CDC-light;The database of mosquito density and environmental factors was extracted and established with 3S techniques,and correlation and regression analysis were performed to clarify the relationship of the distribution of Cx.tritaeniorhynchus to the environmental factors.As result showed,the maximum density of Cx.tritaeniorhynchus occurred in September in the wetland environment,and the biting rate was related to the water area with aquatic plants within 400 meters distance around each site(GW-400)and lower-trees′area within 100 meter buffer distance around each site(LT-100).It is clear that the mosquito Cx.tritaeniorhynchus may breed in BOFP(well-urbanization area),their spatial distribution is closely related to the environmental factors in BOFP.The present study would provide a reference basis to prevent people from biting and JBE infection.
