二代测序协助诊断AIDS合并马尔尼菲篮状菌脑膜炎1例

Second-generation sequencing assisted diagnosis of AIDS complicated with Talaromyces marneffei meningitis in one case

马尔尼菲篮状菌感染的确诊依赖真菌培养和组织病理学检查,但耗时较长且阳性率不高。马尔尼菲篮状菌侵犯中枢神经系统的报道极为罕见。本文对1例经二代测序检查后诊断为AIDS合并马尔尼菲篮状菌脑膜炎的患者进行报道,为临床医生拓宽对马尔尼菲篮状菌脑膜炎的病原学诊断思路提供帮助。

The diagnosis of Talaromyces marneffei infection depends on fugal culture and histopathological test,but it takes a long time and the positive rate is not high.Talaromyces marneffei involvement in the central nervous system is rarely reported.This paper reports one case of AIDS complicated with Talaromyces marneffei meningitis diagnosed by second-generation sequencing,which can help clinicians broaden their etiological diagnosis of Talaromyces marneffei meningitis.
