红鳍东方鲀不同阶段生长性状的遗传力估计 被引量:5

摘要 数量性状的遗传力是动物遗传学重要的遗传参数,在指导育种工作中起重要的作用。为做好红鳍东方鲀的新品种选育工作,本研究利用构建并选育的红鳍东方鲀全同胞家系对1、2、6和18月龄的体重、体长和全长的生长性状进行了遗传力估计和遗传相关分析。结果表明1月龄的体重、体长和全长的遗传力分别为0.73、0.65和0.66,2月龄的体重、体长和全长的遗传力分别尾0.48、0.38和0.35,6月龄的体重、体长和全长的遗传力分别为0.23、0.19和0.16,18月龄的体重、体长和全长的遗传力分别为0.23、0.16和0.19。随着红鳍东方鲀月龄的增加,这3个生长性状的遗传力估计值呈下降的趋势。红鳍东方鲀的体重、体长、全长等性状间的遗传相关、表型相关均为中高度正相关(相关系数R=0.744~0.976)。研究结果为红鳍东方鲀的品种改良、新品种培育提供了理论依据。 The heritability of quantitative traits is an important genetic parameter of animal genetics,that plays an important role in guiding breeding work.In order to do a good job in the breeding of Takifugu rubripes new varieties,in this study,the heritability estimates and genetic correlation analysis of the growth traits of body weight,body length and total length at 1,2,6 and 18 months old were carried out using the constructed and selected T.rubripes full-sib family.The results show that the heritability of body weight,body length and total length at 1 month age were 0.73,0.65 and 0.66;the heritability of body weight,body length and total length at the age of 2 months were 0.48,0.38 and 0.35;the heritability of body weight,body length and total length at the age of 6 months were 0.23,0.19 and 0.16;the heritability of body weight,body length and total length at 18 months of age were 0.23,0.16 and 0.19.With the increase of the age of the T.rubripes,the heritability estimates of these three growth traits showed a downward trend.The genetic and phenotypic correlation between body weight,body length and total length were all medium and high positive correlation(correlation coefficient R=0.744-0.976).The results provide a theoretical basis for the breed improvement and the cultivation of T.rubripes new breeds.
