摘要
电力杆塔地脚螺栓的良好与完整是杆塔稳固的重要保障,杆塔地脚螺栓存在的缺陷问题会严重威胁到杆塔的结构安全。目前对于杆塔地脚螺栓的缺陷检测尚未有较好的解决方案,因此论文基于超声纵向波设计一种地脚螺栓缺陷无损检测系统,可实现对螺栓缺陷情况的准确检测。该系统由信号激励以及信号接收两个部分组成,主要包括信号发生器、数模转换器、调理电路、阵列式激励传感器以及接收传感器、前置放大器、模数转换器、存储器等模块。对模型桩的测试结果表明,论文所设计的无损检测系统可以较好地实现对杆塔地脚螺栓缺陷情况的检测。
The goodness and integrity of the anchor bolts of power tower is an important guarantee for the stability of the tower,and the defects of the anchor bolts will seriously threaten the structural safety of the poles and towers.At present,there is no good solution for the defect detection of the anchor bolts of the tower.Therefore,the paper designs a non-destructive detection system for anchor bolts based on ultrasonic longitudinal waves,which can realize the accurate detection of bolt defects.The system is composed of signal excitation and signal reception.It mainly includes signal generator,digital-to-analog converter,conditioning circuit,array-type excitation sensor and receiving sensor,preamplifier,analog-to-digital converter,memory and other modules.The test results of the model piles show that the non-destructive testing system designed in the paper can better detect the defects of the anchor bolts of the tower.
