In the era of intelligence with 5G,artificial intelligence and other new technologies as the core support,the governance of data risk in the field of education is facing new opportunities and challenges.With the transition of the risk governance of education data from information era and digital era to intelligent era,the risk governance of education data integrated with intelligent technology has entered a“strategic transformation period”.The risk governance of education data in the era of intelligence is facing many practical difficulties:the poor cross subject coordination of the supervision system of education data,the absence of privacy protection mechanism and regulatory system of education data,the absence of data screening and transmission deviation control,which restricts the improvement of education data quality,and the urgent need to build an ethical order of data service based on humanistic standpoint.Therefore,it is urgent to build an intelligent supervision system of education data to promote the early warning and resolution of the risk of education data,pay attention to the assessment of infringement risk and the construction of laws and regulations,optimize the infringement prevention mechanism of education data,focus on the monitoring and deviation control of abnormal data quality to build an quality management system of education data,and standard the ethical order of education data service based on the humanistic position of intelligent education.
