网约车情境下绩效压力对零工工作绩效的影响研究

摘要 本研究基于压力认知评价理论和COR理论,探讨了以高级算法为支撑的绩效管理方式给零工造成的绩效压力如何影响其工作绩效。通过对342份问卷数据的实证分析,结果发现:绩效压力与零工工作投入、工作绩效之间呈显著倒U形关系;工作投入在绩效压力与工作绩效之间发挥完全中介效应;心理资本显著正向调节绩效压力与工作投入之间的倒U形关系。
