混合式教学--拓展国际授权焊接技术人才培养新途径

介绍了一种国际焊接技术人员培养的新途径,即混合式教学,该培训方式由传统课堂教学和远程教学组成,大大地缩短了学员线下课堂培训的时间,具有灵活、有效的培训效果。混合式教学中的远程教学包括电子技术、视频、交互式多媒体等多种形式,CANB远程教学采用钉钉平台与德国远程教学软件2种方式,这2种方式的课程设置、教学内容与标准途径培训一样。培训结束后学员统一参加由CANB组织的最终考试,获得相应国际人员资质证书。其证书效力与参加传统课堂教学取得的证书效力完全相同。

A new route to train international welding personnel was introduced,namely blended learning.The training method was composed of traditional classroom learning and distance learning,which greatly reduced the time of offline classroom training and had flexible and effective training effect.Distance learning included electronic technology,video,interactive multimedia and other forms.CANB distance learning adopts Dingding platform and German training software,the curriculum and teaching contents of these two modes were the same as those by standard route training.After training,students would take the final examination organized by CANB and obtain the corresponding international personnel qualification diplomas.The effect of the diplomas was the same as that obtained from the traditional classroom learning.
