枸杞多糖对成骨细胞增殖及凋亡的影响研究

摘要 目的探讨枸杞多糖对成骨细胞增殖及凋亡的影响。方法选取MG-63人成骨细胞接种于96孔板进行培养,实验按照随机数字分为对照组和实验组,每组48孔。对照组常规培养,实验组则在此基础上给与10%的枸杞多糖培养。采用细胞增殖实验(MTT法)检测成骨细胞的增殖活性,采用流式细胞术检测成骨细胞的凋亡率。结果与对照组比较,实验组促进成骨细胞增殖,抑制成骨细胞凋亡,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论枸杞多糖促进MG-63成骨细胞增殖,抑制其凋亡。 Objective To explore effect of lycium barbarum polysaccharide(LBP)on proliferation and apoptosis of osteoblastic cell.Methods MG-63 osteoblast vaccination was conducted in the 96-well plate,which were divided into control group and experimental group,each group of 48 holes.On the bases of control group with conventional culture,the experimental group were given 10%of LBP.Cell proliferation experiment(MTT method)was used to detect osteoblast proliferation activity.Flow cytometry was used to detect osteoblast apoptosis rate.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group promoted osteoblast proliferation and inhibited osteoblast apoptosis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion LBP promotes proliferation and inhibits apoptosis of osteoblast MG-63.
